Jeff Napolitano
Founder and Board MemberJeff is the founder of The Resistance Center for Peace and Justice. He was previously the Program Coordinator for the Western Massachusetts program of the American Friends Service Committee (AFSC), and has over a decade of experience in political organizing and training. He is a graduate of UMass Amherst and lives in Northampton with his two children.
Vicki Elson
Board MemberVicki Elson, MA, CCE, CD is a co-founder of NuclearBan.US, working with the Nobel Peace Prize-winning International Campaign for the Abolition of Nuclear Weapons to implement the 2017 Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons in the USA, in defiance of the federal government's opposition to the Treaty. She has been a childbirth educator and labor support "doula" for 35 years, and she made an award-winning film about birth. She also writes little songs to inspire citizen action.

Board MemberCarolyn Toll Oppenheim
Board MemberCarolyn Oppenheim, a former journalism professor and newspaper reporter, is the coordinator of the Frances Crowe Film series hosted by Forbes Library, public library of Northampton and co-sponsored by TRC. She has a long history of anti-war activism, journalism, and draft counseling as well. And she is on the on the library's Racial Justice Advisory Committe and the Reparations working group of Congregation B'nai Israel and Abundance Farm.
Jeannette Rivera
Board MemberJeannette Rivera is a local organizer, activist, healer, and creative community convenor. She is a co-owner of La Diáspora, a collaborative creative workspace and custom community retailer centered on amplifying local artists of the Puerto Rican Diaspora. Jeannette is an elected Democratic State Committee member, and an active board member of Neighbor to Neighbor, the Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Officer of the Chicopee Democratic City Committee, as well as a member of the Chicopee Cultural Council.
