Medicare for All, and Springfield League of Women Voters, this lively program will include presentations about the problems and inequities in our current health system and how Medicare for All in Mass. can help. The panel will be followed by Q&A, networking and refreshments. Panelists include Sen. Jamie Eldridge, lead sponsor of the Medicare for All bill in Mass. and Sen. James Welch, co-chair of the Health Care Financing Committee; UMass professor and national Single Payer expert, Gerald Friedman; Shanique Spalding and other community members and health care providers discussing their experiences with the health care system.
